Duties of the Board
The goals of the board are pretty simple. To keep the criminals coming smoothly in and out of our system. In when they do the crime, and out when they do their time.
Members Selection
This resolution provides for a 15 member board. The mandated positions are:

Chief Judge
-
Chief Probation Officer
-
District Attorney
-
Public Defender
-
Sheriff from the District
Non-mandated positions include:
-
Four citizens at-large
-
One representative for each county to be appointed by the commissioners
